The palm oil contained in Nutella is also not the most friendly substance. It is difficult to digest and can cause toxicity in the heart, kidney, liver, lungs and reproductive organs. Instead, food manufacturers use modified palm oil, which is high in saturated fat and no more nutritious.
Treats are awesome. There's nothing wrong with making something delicious and amazing and sharing it with your loved ones, especially when you're celebrating a special occasion. If you are actually looking for a healthy spread, Nutella is not it.
